Special one on one episode “Exclusively” on YouTube July 22nd, 2025 @9am
If you give me 86,400 seconds, I’ll give you everything I’ve got. That’s how many seconds are in a day—and it’s how I measure life. Not by titles, trophies, or even milestones, but by what I do with the time I’m given.
My name is Chance Beam. I’m a husband, father, entrepreneur, coach, and elected school board member. On paper, I own and operate three businesses—Titans Sports Academy, Top Velocity Kennesaw, and B&B Custom Creations. But at my core, I’m a builder. I build brands that perform—on the field, in the boardroom, and everywhere in between. More than that, I build belief in people.
Whether it’s seeing untapped potential in a young athlete or helping a coach reignite their fire, my mission is simple: leave people better than I found them. I’ve spent the last 20+ years developing systems that win—player development systems, business models, leadership frameworks, and now public education policy.
What I’ve learned through all of it is that intensity without direction burns out. But when you blend vision, grit, and accountability—amazing things happen.
This podcast is a chance for me to pull back the curtain—to talk about the failures, the lessons, the breakthroughs, and the moments that shaped who I am. I’m excited to share the story behind the businesses, the boardroom, and the ballfields… and why I believe that building something great isn’t about spotlight moments—it’s about how you use your 86,400.
What do a batting cage, a school board meeting, and a custom apparel shop have in common?
Me.
But the story behind that answer might surprise you.
I’ve been called a coach, an entrepreneur, a disruptor, and even a politician. But none of those titles really explain how a guy with no blueprint ended up running three businesses, helping hundreds of athletes reach the next level, and holding leaders accountable from inside the system.
In this episode, I’ll share how one principle—build belief—became the compass for everything I do. I’ll talk about the early moments that shaped me, the painful pivots that refined me, and the exact reason I never waste a second of the 86,400 I get each day.
If you’ve ever felt stuck between who you are and who you’re becoming—or if you’ve built success but want to build significance—this one’s for you.
I recently sat down with The Common Ground Podcast to share the real story behind the businesses, the brand, and the belief system that drives everything I do.
We talked about:
✅ The 86,400-second mindset that changed my life
✅ Turning failure into fuel
✅ What youth sports taught me about leadership, business, and legacy
✅ How I balance being a husband, father, entrepreneur, and public servant
✅ Why clarity—not perfection—is the key to leading people
If you’re someone who’s building something—whether that’s a business, a team, a vision, or a life of purpose—this conversation will hit home.
Where I Show Up and Why It Matters
I wear a few different hats—but every role I take on serves a single mission: to build systems and people that perform under pressure and stand the test of time.
I’m the founder of Titans Sports Academy, where we develop athletes with college and pro-level systems that go way beyond wins and losses. We teach discipline, grit, and accountability through baseball—but those lessons carry into life. We’ve helped over 1,200 players get recruited, and we’re just getting started.
I also run Top Velocity Kennesaw, where we combine cutting-edge biomechanics with proven player development systems to help athletes unlock their full potential—especially those who’ve been overlooked or told they’re not good enough. We’re rewriting the script for how development is done.
In the apparel space, I own B&B Custom Creations, which allows me to bring teams, schools, and businesses to life through gear that tells a story. It’s not just about printing logos—it’s about building brands that lead.
Beyond business, I serve on the Cherokee County School Board—because I believe public education should be transparent, accountable, and built for student outcomes, not bureaucracy. I bring the same intensity and clarity to that boardroom that I bring to a ballfield or business meeting.
Each of these roles is different, but the mission is the same:
Build belief. Build systems. Build legacy.
