After You Apply
After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your initial meeting. Please check your spam folder. We usually respond within 24 hours, but allow up to 48 hours before contacting us through Instagram or Facebook.
Initial and Final Meetings
The initial meeting gives us a chance to connect, learn about your story, and decide whether the podcast is a good fit.
Selected guests will then schedule a recording date and a final meeting about one week beforehand. During the final meeting, you will meet with John and Sydney to discuss your story, experience, episode topic, and the flow of the conversation.
Recording
Episodes are recorded remotely through StreamYard, and all meetings are recorded. We provide possible questions before the interview, but we prefer natural, organic conversations.
Recording order does not determine release order. Episodes are scheduled strategically to support both the guest and the podcast.
Monday Night Live
The Monday before your episode releases, you will be invited to Monday Happy Hour at 7 p.m. Eastern. The livestream includes games, conversation, and live audience interaction.
