Join The Common Ground Project USA
The Common Ground Project USA is always looking for thoughtful, driven people who want to make a difference. If you care about meaningful conversations, honest storytelling, and bringing people together, this may be the right place for you.
Joining our team means more than filling a role. You will help build a growing movement from the ground up, share your ideas, and play a real part in shaping where we go next. Your voice, creativity, and contributions matter here.
Along the way, you will meet inspiring guests, creators, and community leaders while gaining experiences beyond a typical position. From working behind the scenes to attending special events, every opportunity helps us grow together and move the mission forward.
This is more than a position.
It’s a chance to be part of something meaningful from the beginning.
If you want your work to matter, your voice to be heard, and your efforts to help impact the world—this could be the place for you.
You Should Apply If:
- You believe in the mission of bringing people together through meaningful conversation and personal stories
- You are curious about different perspectives and enjoy thoughtful discussion
- You are self-motivated and excited to help build something from the ground up
- You want real-world experience in podcasting, media, journalism, or digital content
- You are willing to put in effort now to help grow something that could become much bigger
- You enjoy engaging with people and building community both online and offline
This Might NOT Be the Right Fit If:
- You are only looking for a quick paycheck without interest in the mission
- You prefer highly structured corporate environments with clearly defined roles
- You are uncomfortable hearing or engaging with perspectives different from your own
- You are not willing to collaborate, learn, and grow alongside a developing organization
- You are not interested in contributing to a mission-driven media platform
Our Culture
At The Common Ground Project USA, we value respectful dialogue, curiosity, and the pursuit of truth over easy agreement. Our goal is to create conversations that challenge ideas while still bringing people together.
We believe the best conversations happen when people are willing to listen, question, and learn from one another.
If that sounds like the kind of community you want to be part of, we encourage you to apply.
While the roles are unpaid initially, team members may receive:
Opportunities to grow into larger roles as The Common Ground Project USA continues to expand
Unique gifts or merchandise from podcast guests
Opportunities to build meaningful connections with inspiring people
Hands-on experience working in a growing media organization

Join the Movement
The Common Ground Project USA was created with a simple but powerful belief: we have more in common than what separates us.
In a world where conversations often turn into arguments and people are pushed into opposing corners, we are building a platform where stories connect, perspectives collide, and purpose is found in the middle.
Through The Common Ground Podcast, our articles, and our community engagement, we are working to create a space where meaningful dialogue can happen—where people can challenge ideas, share experiences, and discover common ground even when they disagree.
But movements are not built by one or two people.
They are built by teams of passionate individuals who believe in the mission and are willing to help bring it to life.
If you want your work to matter…
If you want to help shape meaningful conversations…
If you want to be part of building something from the ground up…
Then we invite you to join us.
Your voice matters.
Your ideas matter.
And together, we can help create conversations that move the world forward.
Join the movement.
